Returns Policy - (Business Customers only)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or an item has arrived damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the goods being delivered to you.
As a family run business we will work with you to come to a resolution appropriate to the issue as soon as we possible can. Occasionally, we may need to check with a 3rd party supplier or courier for further information and escalate the matter with them, where appropriate.
All item/s must be unused, re-packaged in its original packaging, fully un-tampered with. We may ask you to provide photos to help us resolve the issue more quickly. Once we have all the details and information we can then advise you of the next steps we will take and if we need any further action from yourself.
If you need to return an item(s), please call us on 01934 311621 or email: sales@lbksupplies.co.uk, before sending anything back to us. We can then raise a Returns Note and advise you, if and when the goods will be collected or if you need to return the item(s) back to a set address for inspection and processing.
If returning clothing or shoes they must be in the original packaging, folded and presented in the manner in which you received them, no damaged packaging can be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Special order items, Spare parts and Personalised items we are not able to accept any returns.
